Access or use of the Department of Rehabilitation's (DOR) information assets (e.g., network, email, Internet, AWARE, CIDOR, Intranet, systems, applications, databases, computers, printers, copiers/scanners, mobile computing devices, data, information) is for approved business purposes only and is restricted to authorized users. DOR information assets may contain confidential, sensitive and/or personal information (e.g., confidential consumer personal information). All users have a responsibility to protect DOR information assets against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction. Access and use of DOR information assets is logged and monitored. Unauthorized access or inappropriate use of DOR information assets may result in administrative disciplinary actions, and/or civil and criminal penalties.
