C4AT has been bridging digital divides for people with disabilities since 1983. We provide evaluation, consultation, and training services for both people with disabilities facing challenges to access/utilize a computer and/or digital devices, and the service providers who work with them. We specialize in helping individuals who have complex computer/digital access needs that don’t fall neatly into disability categories - for example a person who has combined physical and learning access challenges. C4AT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We charge an hourly fee for evaluations and services. We do not purchase equipment for clients, but we may borrow equipment from vendors for trials.
